THE CAMP STAFF
We are very proud of our excellent staff. They are selected carefully with three criteria in mind:
Most of our coaches are veterans of ADVANCED GIRLS SOCCER at UMASS, and/or at the college level.
Many participants of our camp were recognized here and were recruited by quality institutions, going on to successful collegiate careers - including 15 players at UMass alone. MEDICAL & HEALTH INFORMATION All participants must have their own personal medical insurance. All medical emergencies and illnesses are referred to UMass Health Services and/or Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
Please provide your daughter with a copy of her insurance card.
Upon receipt of application and payment, each participant will receive a medical form and all pertinent information.
To limit our amount of paperwork, please submit our medical form ONLY. All necessary paperwork are due no later than June 15th.
Parent/Guardian must complete in detail the medical form and sign for permission for any needed medical attention.
ALL INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL BE RETURNED.
Any medication(s) whether over the counter or prescription will require a special form to be completed prior to camp. Please call our office to request this form.
Athletic staff trainers will be on duty to deal with athletic injuries but do not dispense painkillers. Those who require taping should indicate so on the health form. HOUSING & GENERAL INFORMATION All Boarders register Sunday between 2:30 and 5:00 pm at the Southwest dormitories.
